About the resort:

Merry Pebbles Holiday Resort and Caravan Park is situated on the banks of the upper reaches of the Sabie River. It is located 1km from the village that is Sabie. It is a family orientated holiday resort which is situated ideally for the use as an overnight stay when you are traveling to the Kruger National Park.

This resort is owner-managed and is a graded establishment, both The Automobile Association of South Africa in the category (Highly Recommended Self-Catering Accommodation) as well as by The Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (with a 3-star grading).

Facilities at and around Merry Pebbles:

At the resort, you will find a fully licensed a la Carte’ restaurant that is onsite. This restaurant is opened every night, as well as for lunch (only closed on Monday Lunchtimes). You can make use of this restaurant if you do not intend to cater for yourself or braaing (BBQ’ing). You can order take-aways, or alternatively eat in the restaurant itself and mingle with the friendly locals of Sabie. Breakfast is served on a pre-booked basis (so if you want some yummy breakfast, don’t forget to book it in advance).

Merry Pebbles don’t just stand as a stopover, the resort itself has lots to offer their guests. It is a holiday destination with facilities that includes heated and cold swimming pools, water slides, flood-lit tennis courts, mini-golf (putt-putt), outdoor chess, an entertainment hall, play parks with trampolines for the children, mountain bike and hiking trails for the outdoorsy persons that starts right at the resort’s boundaries.
